Vada Chennai (2018)

Synopsis:

Vada Chennai is a Tamil-language Indian film and a gangster saga believed to be the first part of a trilogy in making. With interesting twists & turns, set up in the era of 80s, the movie is the story of a fisherman who is unknowingly trapped within a set-up laid by a mafia gang. The phase that links the fisherman, who aspires to be a world carom champion, starts during the anarchy that erupts after the assassination of a political leader. While the storyline also Anbu’s love interest Padma, it unpacks with action & adventure revealing whether Anbu gets out of the trap safely or becomes a part of the mafia world.
