Synopsis:
Poms is an American comedy dance movie that delivers learning that no-one’s too old to achieve an ambition. Martha, an old woman, moves to a retirement community where she could spend the rest of her life in peace and without stress. However, dwelling on some past memories, she rebuilds her dream of being a cheerleader and decides to achieve that now. Supported by her fellow old-age women, she decides to participate in a cheer and dance competition with her team, wherein she competes with teams of her granddaughter’s age. Whether they are able to form up a team and the consequence of the competition form the rest of the story.
