Synopsis:
Long Shot is an American romantic comedy film, follows the story of a journalist who unexpectedly meets her childhood crush, Charlotte Field who is also his former babysitter. Fred Flarsky is a gifted and free-spirited journalist having an affinity for troubles while Charlotte is a smart, accomplished, young, and sophisticated influential woman who is preparing for her presidential run. While Fred tries to impress her with his self-deprecating humor and some youthful idealism memories of Charlotte, she hires him as her speechwriter ignoring the opposition put forward by her trusted advisors.
