KGF (2018)

Synopsis:

KGF, an Indian action-period drama movie, follows the 1700-year old history of a revolt against oppressors in the Kolar Gold Fields, a mining region and taluk in Kolar, Karnataka. While a group of downtrodden people are facing oppression in the region, a protagonist named Rocky raises a strong voice against the same and becomes a hope for those suffering. Set in the 1970s era of the region, the movie forms the first part of the 2-part series. Watch the movie to explore the history of oppression as it happened in the Kolar’s mining region and how a rebellion was raised against it.
