Hellaro (2019)

Synopsis:

Hellaro, an Indian Gujarati period, is the story of women living in Kutch who go out to fetch water at a distant waterbody every morning, which is their only escape from the suppression. A young girl named Manjhri gets married in a small village that lies nowhere in the Runn of Kutch. She joins a group of women shackled by patriarchal mandates whose lives are bound by the rules made by men of the village and they have no other option than to abide by those rules.
