Synopsis:
Ek Mini Katha, an Indian adult comedy movie in the Telugu language is the story of Santhosh, his Micro Penis Syndrome, and the challenges he faces. He meets Amrutha and has to marry her due to some unavoidable situation but can’t mate with her due to the syndrome. He avoids a physical relationship with her by giving different reasons as the truth might put their marriage at risk. Now, he must look for a solution before the truth unveils. In the hunt, he finds a godwoman with herbal medicine to treat the syndrome. Is the treatment real or will he get duped for his need to find a solution?
